Meet Anne

Anne opened Serenity M3 in April 2024. She has been practicing and studying yoga since 2011.  She is a Yoga Alliance certified 500-hour teacher and has taken specialized trainings in restorative and yin yoga, yoga anatomy, sound healing, mindfulness, and singing bowl bodywork.

Anne enjoys creating classes that cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility through a slow progression of postures.  She makes every effort to create sequences that are accessible to students of all levels, always emphasizing the role of the breath in fueling movement.

Frequently asked questions

Comfortable clothing is best for any Serenity M3 session (ex: yoga/sweat pants, a t-shirt).

It is recommended that you leave any jewelry at home: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings - even wedding rings!

Students typically bring their own mat. If you do not have your own mat, Serenity M3 has mats you can borrow. The studio also has blankets, blocks, straps, and all the props you will need. Feel free to bring water with you.

Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start time of any sessions.

If you are new to yoga, want some personalized guidance, have questions about yoga practices and styles, need to learn how to modify poses to better serve your body, a private session will be an excellent option!
